Finding the Parts You Need
Your machine’s manual is the best place to start. Refer to the parts diagrams and O-ring chart in your Electro Freeze manual to identify the part numbers and components specific to your model.
When contacting us, please have the following information available whenever possible:
- Your Electro Freeze machine model
- Machine serial number
- Part name or part number
- A photo of the part, if you’re unsure what you need

Preventive Maintenance Makes a Difference
Some of the smallest components in your machine play an important role in keeping it operating properly. O-rings, seals and other wearable parts should be inspected regularly and replaced according to the recommended maintenance schedule for your specific machine.
Depending on the machine and component, replacement may be recommended:
- Monthly
- Every 6 Months
- Annually
